SES was the most famous girlgroup in the past, they are legends and the "textbook" for any other girlgroups. It took SM almost 10 years to made another girl group that is Girls Generation which become the "standard" of girlgroup. Thanks SM for creating SES and Girls Generation. Next year is the 10th year after the SNSD debuted, I hope SM will debut a girlgroup that can become another best girlgroup of the next kpop generation.

They opened so many doors to new groups. Back when they debuted, they were the BIG THING, so ahead of their time. It wasn't normal seeing the female artists with their hair dyed, S.E.S did it. They created the visual position. Yes, Eugene was the first and official Visual in KPOP, before her no visual existed because the position didn't exist either. Bada's voice was seen as something out of this world and she is still considered one of the divas and best voices in KPOP. We are lucky enough to be able to watch their path in music. ♥️

Back in the days..my cousins and I would listen to S.E.S. all the time. Now that everyone got married and went to college, it makes me miss them. Ohhhh, the memoriesssss. S.E.S. was like our childhood.

I'm not even trying to be dramatic, but this is hands down one of my favorite music videos to exist. Yes, it's mostly a visual mashup of all of their old music videos, but it still remains to be a beautiful music videos. They perfectly show S.E.S.' best and most emotional memories, and it truly is breathtaking. This group has such rich history and a strong bond, which is clearly evident through this video. No matter what anyone says, S.E.S. is truly one of the most iconic K-Pop groups that ever were and will be.

If you don't know who S.E.S is... They were the first KPOP successful girl group, their iconic debut song "I'm your girl" is still popular in Korea, The members are : Sea (a.k.a Bada, for me she's the strongest vocalists I've ever came across with, her high notes are too good), Eugene (She's still considered as one of the most prettiest idol in SM), Shoo (i don't remember a lot about her but she's an amazing dancer). The fact that SM still has contact with them after 20 years and they gave them a comeback makes me super happy and proud to be a SMstan.
