Only Red Velvet's Japanese discography have maintained the kpop vibes even in another language. They didn't have to change their style to fit Japanese pop, they just literally brought Kpop to Japanese listeners. Nation's Representative GG behavior indeed

I agree with you, but saying "kpop vibes" is kind of weird. Because it's like Japanese groups don't make songs like that, but if we look we'll find it. The thing is, Red Velvet didn't make the voices sound cute, this is part of Red Velvet. Although we have a member who has a "cuter voice", Yeri.

1. Sm low promotion, zero ads 2. They have low profile stan. -their fan usually not as crazy as some of other fandom, but make a peace fandom, yet lazy in str3am. 3. They have more loyal fan than those season fan - which make them great in physical sale (concert, album, merch) than digital sales. (n we know sm loves money) 4. Sm usually focus more of their artist growth in japan and china rather than us and europe exposure. 5. This is their Japan tittle track not in korean. (Noted that some koreans does not really into japan since past history colonial issue)

When they try cannibalism, they want more and more of the flesh. (Remember them pulling out buttons and shoelaces? Yup). So anyway, when they start slamming the food and smashing it, it represents basically more bloody murders. Finally, they realize what they have done (Irene drops the jar with a shocked expression) and then the ants crawl all over the cookies, representing putrefaction, the decaying of rotten flesh.

Well they have their red concepts and their velvet concepts their red concepts are like fun and bright and crazy like red flavor and dumb dumb and this song and their velvet concepts are more mature and sexy like peek a boo , bad boy and natural. they usually alternate between their red and velvet concepts like they’ll do two red concept comebacks and then maybe two velvet concept comebacks etc

For newer fans that are wondering why Rv isnt popular as other top gg, you guys have to remember that Rv has always been experimenting with genres and concepts for their comebacks. So it is hard for a casual listener to stick to it, their concepts are not something people can chew easily. It is quirky, fun, but it is somehow artistic. Theyre not just being some "dumb" and "trendy" fun. These kind of concepts make them look more appealing to the loyal fans rather than the public eyes. So it is hard to gain new fans like other girl groups who are trending on KZfaq, Tik tok or etc2. They may not be trending here and there, but you guys gotta admit that whenever rv release something, you guys wont expect it would be THAT music. And you guys wont ever find something similar to Rv music in Kpop. Cause they are THAT experimental. And I think, considering how THEM being not trending, we are actually quite loyal and strong tho. At least our girls have a solid fanbase and you guys did a very great job. Just, put some more effort in promoting them. Like..you know, ig, twitter, dance covers, reaction vids. Etc2. They dont really get that much public recognition, but they DO DESERVE IT. Anyway, LISTEN TO ALL THE B-SIDES!
