We have no idea what goes on behind the curtains, how hard it must be to be a trainee under SM with all these tight schedules and diets, and they have to compete with many other trainees to debut. Of course, SM wouldn't debut anyone with just pretty face. They know what they're doing. They are professionals and they know someone with potentials. Also, trainees must pass a weekly evaluation in order to stay. And these members trained for many years. This song was an emotionally safe place for nctzens. Not your place to spread hate

Still can't move on from this. Not everything in music has to be deep. But THIS is deep. Without even understanding the lyrics, you can hear the wistfulness...the regrets in the sound, in the way they sung and rapped. But it isn't really sad. It sounds more like acceptance. And if you look at the translation, you'll fully understand why. They sing of uncertainties and mistakes of the past, and the sacrifices that they had to make in order to get to where they are today. This is truly a gem in their discography.
